• Voice and media submissions — audio recordings, commercial scripts, flyer images, and other files you upload for requests, spot submissions, or event promotion.
• Visitor identifiers — a randomly generated device key stored in your browser to help us understand returning visitors and show who is currently active on the site in our private admin dashboard. This key is not linked to personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily identify yourself through a form.
• Technical data — browser type, approximate location (derived from IP address at a city/regional level), page views, referrer URL, and device information used for analytics and site improvement.
• Payment information — donations and purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers. Stripe may collect billing information subject to its own privacy policy.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to messages, prayer requests, and inquiries.
• Send administrative notifications to our team when submissions are received.
• Deliver tune-in reminders and event alerts you have signed up to receive.
• Process donations, sponsorships, and advertising orders.

• Email delivery services for sending confirmations, receipts, reminders, and admin notifications.

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to text reminders, we may send you program alerts, event notifications, and other ministry-related messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Opt-out: If you wish to be removed from receiving future communications, you can opt out at any time by texting STOP to the number that messaged you. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. You may also text HELP for assistance.

Message and data rates may apply. The frequency of messages varies based on events, programs, and reminders you have signed up to receive.

We use browser cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your Bible reading progress and bookmarks, store your reminder preferences, and maintain an anonymous visitor key for analytics. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended afterward.

• Update or delete your reminder subscriptions on the Reminder Settings page.
• Request deletion of your account or personal data by contacting us.
• Opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Disable cookies and local storage in your browser, with the understanding that some features may be limited.

We keep your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Prayer requests, submissions, and uploaded media are retained for operational and record-keeping purposes unless you ask us to delete them.

We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level access controls on our database, and authenticated admin access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will remove it.
